Product Advantages:
- Temperature Resistance: Suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from -20°C to +50°C. Below -20°C, the HDPE duct may become brittle.
- Minimum Bending Radius: Must not exceed 20 times the outer diameter of the pipe.
- Storage Conditions: Can be stored in temperatures as low as -30°C without any deterioration in mechanical properties.

- High-Molecular HDPE: Used for production with specific properties.
- Melt Flow Index: 0.1 ～ 0.3 g/10 minutes (ISO 1133).
- Density: Min. 0.940 g/cm3 (ISO 1183).
- Tensile Strength at Yield: Min. 20MPa (ISO 527).
- Elongation at Break: Min 350% (ISO 527).
- Environmental Stress Crack Resistance (F50): Min. 350 hours (ISO 4599).

- Performance Characteristics:
- Appearance: Smooth inner & outer wall, well-proportioned color, no bubbles or cracks.
- Stiffness of Outer Wall: ≥ 59 (Shore-D).
- Tensile Strength at Yield: ≥ 21 MPa.
- Elongation at Break: ≥ 380%.
- Maximal Pulling Load: ≥ 8000 N.
- Friction Coefficient of Inner Wall: ≤ 0.15.
- Flatting Test: No crack when pressed till 50% distortion of original outer diameter.
- Compression Resistance: No crack under max load > 600N after 5% distortion.
- Drop Hammer Impact Resistance: No crack in 9 out of 10 samples after a 2m, 15.3kg hammer impact at -19℃.
- Heat Reversion: ≤ 3%.
