Physical and Mechanical Properties – Inner Microduct 10/8mm:
- Visual appearance: Ribbed inside & smooth outside, free from defects.
- Outer diameter: 10.0mm ± 0.1mm.
- Wall thickness: 1.00mm ± 0.10mm.
- Inner diameter clearance: A 6.0mm steel ball can be blown freely through the duct.
- Ovality: ≤ 5%.
- Pressurization: 5 minutes @16 bar each duct, no damage and leakage.
- Kink: ≤ 100mm (IEC 60794-1-2 Method E10).
- Tensile strength: ≥ 520N.
- Crush resistance: No residual deformation > 15% of inner and outer diameter.
- Impact: 1.0J, recovery time 1 hour (IEC 60794-1-2 Method E4).
- Heat reversion: ≤ 3% (110℃ ~ 23℃, 1 hour).
- Min. bend radius: 120mm.
- Co-efficient of Friction: ≤ 0.1 (750mm Diameter 450°loop, 5kg mass).
- Color and printing: As per customer specification.
